Yes! You can login to Packsia with your SMP account credentials, however you won't be able to download any content without an active membership.
Sign up as a Packsia affiliate via the "Affiliates" tab on your member dashboard. Affiliates get a custom sharing link & earn 30% commissions on any new members they refer!
We recognize that your privacy is very important and we take it seriously. We mainly will use the information you provide us to register you as a member, deliver the files you download and provide you with our marketing. Read more in our Privacy Policy.

The amount of videos or sounds in each pack vary. Check the pack's page to confirm how many assets were created for that pack.
Our videos are HD, sized 1080 x 1920 pixels, .mp4 files and range between 5MB and 25MB each, depending on the video.
Our sounds are high quality .mp3 files and usually range between 600 KB and 800 KB, depending on the track.
If something happens while downloading a file - your internet goes out, your computer shuts off, etc. - don't worry! You can access it in the "Downloads" tab of your member dashboard.
Find your previously downloaded files in the "Downloads" tab of your member dashboard.
If you don't have access to the download button, that usually means you're either:
1. Out of download credits.
2. Your membership is not currently active.
You can always purchase more download credits or activate your subscription on your member dashboard.

Our brand license is perfect for small businesses, brands or individuals using the packs in their own content.
Included:
- Unlimited use in your own content on social media or on your website.

- You cannot use the files in any public performance - such as tv, film, live broadcasts, podcasts, radio, in-person events or locations.

Yes! Our commercial licenses cover the use of the packs on your website. Pro tip: they look great as moving backgrounds!
1 credit = 1 video or sound download. Every month when your membership renews, download credits will automatically be added to your account. Credits never expire & roll-over monthly. If you need more, you can purchase additional credits on your member dashboard.
You can upgrade your membership at any time on your member dashboard.
If you cancel your membership, your unused download credits will still be saved in your account. However, you won't be able to use your credits until you activate your membership.
Unfortunately, for licensing reasons, we don't allow changing your account type after you've signed up. We recommend creating a new account with the desired member type.

Packsia is a highly curated video library, and we pride ourselves in offering the most beautiful, creative and original art-in-motion for our users. Our curation team will be judging your work based on the following criteria:
BRAND-FRIENDLY
Your videos cannot include known brand names, logos, trademarks or information about specific individuals.
ORIGINALITY
We're always looking for something new that doesn't exist in our library yet! Also, we cannot accept packs that contain stock footage or elements - please only submit work that is 100% original and made by you.
AESTHETIC
The look and feel of your packs should be cohesive & visually dazzling - something a cool brand would want to post.
QUALITY
Above all else, the videos you submit must be sized correctly, clear, and not shaky or hard to watch. We also cannot accept videos filmed on a mobile device, we highly recommend using a professional camera or animation software to create your packs.

You'll receive an email notification from our team when your pack is approved with instructions on how to setup your account and payment settings. When those are set, your pack will be published on our library and you'll gain access to your Creator dashboard!
